The Skills of Success Platform did not start as a product idea. It started as a pattern, observed from three distinct seats: from staff inside an agency, from a vendor delivering services to agencies serving underserved populations, and from a reviewer evaluating grant proposals.
Agency staff and vendors encounter the same root problem, the absence of a standardized framework, but experience it from different positions: one delivering the program, one building it. The grant reviewer seat is different still: not building or delivering, but judging what others have built.
